    Juan Antonio is a qualified accountant and obtained his degree in accountancy from Malaga University in 2011. He has recently been awarded a Masters degree specialising in tax advice from ESESA (Malaga). Juan has extensive experience in management accounting working for Spanish, other European and Brazilian companies.

  • Sebastian Lindborg

    Creative Director

    Sebastian has more than 15 years’ experience in the creative sector. After graduating with a 1st class honours degree in design and visual communications, Sebastian has specialized in working for the real estate and outdoor advertising industries across the world. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video production, drone flying, graphic design, branding and website development, Sebastian is an expert in developing visions and packaging up real estate developments.

    Sales Manager

    Martin has more than 20 years’ experience working in the real estate, construction and hospitality sectors. He has an in-depth knowledge of real estate, both globally but also in Spain having worked here since 1997. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and has helped many property buyers and property investors through the process of researching, selecting and buying a second home in Spain.

  • Ailse Warriner

    Marketing Director

    Ailse has more than 25 years experience working on brands such as Prudential, Savills UK, British Airways, Christian Dior and Ford Credit. She helped launch the Egg, the UK’s first internet bank in 1998. Since moving to Spain in 2003, she has worked for large real estate developers in international development projects creating award winning brands and organizing the promotion, marketing and sales activities.

    Maddy has lived in the Almeria region of Spain for 20 years. Her time here has been spent working in the hospitality and the banking sectors. Maddy's previous roles have meant that she has been on the journey with clients from the moment they started looking for their dream home, to fulfilling all their wishes and watching them enjoy many happy years in sunny Spain.
